Starting the night off strong with long-time caller, long-time listener Stash returning to last week's dialogue about Robocop/Kanye West.
Moving on to our newest conversation about Stephen Colbert's "Operation: Humble Kanye," this was the original clip aired on the Colbert Show when Colbert initally called for a "surge" to buy his album.
And this was Colbert's victory.

DEDICATING THIS OASIS SONG TO INDIE ROCK IS BLASPHEMOUS TOWARDS INDIE ROCK.
I AM ASHAMED. I APOLOGIZE.
3:06 a.m.
I think we should reiterate the fact that this is our last show of the semester and hopefully at 2-4 am! I'm having a blast. I don't have class at 9 for the first time all semester and it's lovely.

Some audio
So we're just putting up the show from November 18th before Thanksgiving break:
and last night's show!
December Two
2:07 a.m.
So, it is officially December and it feels like it outside. A brisk 24 degrees in Columbia. We're back from the all too short Thanksgiving break, in which we missed our show last week because I was in St. Louis and Leanne in Cleveland. Nice to be home.
2:20 a.m.
Control is not a documentary
2:41 a.m.
I just want to hear Fall Out Boy!
or Journey!
SHE'S JUST A SMALL TOWN GIRL LIVING IN A LONELLLLLLLYYLYLYLYLYL WORLD!!!!
Is that too much to ask?!
- Kyle
2:52 a.m.
No one wants to hear Journey except you, Kyle. No one.
3:08 a.m.
Oh my god, Stash's phone call was pretty much the best thing ever. Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god.
Kanye night = best night ever.
3:12 a.m.
This is not hip-hop. I am not happy about this.
3:18 a.m.
Hahahahahaha, every phone call just gets better and better!
3:33 a.m.
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA, that MAY have been the best three minutes of radio ever put over airways. Oh, "John" from Connecticut.
3:36 a.m.
Before my computer dies, I would like to keep the trend of making bold statements and say that this is by far our best show ever. Ever. It will never be beaten. It should be Kanye night every night.
Listen to 808s and Heartbreak everyone. More like listen to "Robocop" if anything.

The Epic Return!
2:07 a.m.
Woo! We're back after a week-long break considering I somehow became very ill on Sunday and Monday. I'm still coughing and sound like a man, but at least I don't feel like I'm about to pass out!
2:21 a.m.
Apparently, we're having some technical difficulties, so if music ever cuts out, we're really sorry. We have no idea what's going on.

I do them, and I'm a genius.

Apparently, we're getting lazy with doing this blog thing. I was never good at blogging or anything. I guess I just do things and tell stories later...maybe.
p.s. Columbia = 26 degrees

Holland 1945 - Neutral Milk Hotel
When Leanne likes to do crosswords I prefer to play tetris and I'm picking up my healthy sudoku addiction (on level easy of course!)
3:58 a.m.
Sudoku made me lose track of time and apparently it is time to leave now. Time for bed! Goodnight!

NO SHOW TONIGHT!
We're taking a sick/catch up on sleep day.
We'll be back next Monday!
And here's the show from last week that I have completely disregarded and forgot to post last week:

Day of Election (11/4)
2:02 a.m.
Welcome, welcome everyone to our latest show. It's sure to be a good one, as always!
2:10 a.m.
Rise Against - Give It All
We are going to this show soon! I don't think we're actually staying to see Rise Against....but the rest of the show should be awesome since The Gaslight Anthem and Alkaline Trio are playing.
Kyle is rocking out to that song and to the Anti-Flag song that is playing currently (Stars and Stripes). I can't say that I'm not amused. Because I totally am.
2:19 a.m.
This song feels really long.
A reminder to all:
VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE!!!
This election is epochal and every vote will count. So get to those polls and vote! It doesn't matter who for, but third party candidates would probably be a poor choice!
2:35 a.m.
Another important election is also approaching from November 10-12. If you are a University of Missouri student, be sure to vote for your next President of the Missouri Student Association. Here on the Blue Ribbon show, we strongly endorse Joe Fessehaye and Lindsey Abell. Go to vote.missouri.edu and cast your vote for your next MSA President!
