October 14

2:04 a.m.
The show just started and I have no idea what song we are playing. It is long and somewhat boring.  I am sitting in the room without the computer, Leanne is manning the music for the first hour tonight/this morning.  It looks like it's gonna be fun!
-Kyle
p.s. It's hot as fuck in this room.  It shouldn't be this hot in October.

2:14 a.m.
Coheed and Cambria - Blood Red Summer
Leanne picked this song in an open spot.  I love this song.  It takes me way back.  I still have never seen Coheed, what a shame.  Leanne and I are both singing this, in different booths.  Great song.  It's still hot as fuck.

2:36 a.m.
Red Hot Chili Peppers? Really? Open slots coming up.  Stash you should call soon!
Fuck!  I already have to pee, I drank that coffee too fast.  And my headphone cord is stuck in the wheel of the rollie chair that I'm sitting in.

2:49 a.m.
That phone call was awesome!

2:58 a.m.
I just went outside for a cigarette and it's going to rain, bad, soon.  Walking back to my room should be fun!

3:01 a.m.
It's fuckin' 3:01 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14.  My mother is upset that my radio show is this early in the morning because she thinks that it will interfere with my sleep schedule, which is probably true.  But, hey, I'm a college student, and that's what naps are for anyways!
My birthday is in two months as of yesterday!  So now my birthday's in two months minus two days.  Everyone should remember since I pretty much have the easiest birthday to remember ever (12/12).
We just played the Dodos!  Visiter (2008) was a great album.  Too bad I heard they are not so hot live, as in just really boring.  Kinda like MGMT.  How disappointing...

3:05 a.m.
I am perusing through a book entitled On This Date... that was just chillin' on the desk in my current section of the studio.  Today is bald person day!  It's also Dwight D. Eisenhower's birthday for all you history buffs, a.k.a. Kyle.  The sound barrier was also broken today in 1947.  Yay science!

3:11 a.m.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha, Blink-182.
Oh, Kyle.

3:15 a.m.
I have a very serious query to pose:
Why is my name not first on the contributor list?!
No, but really...
An addendum: Kyle is a baby because this room is not that hot, but there is a huge fucking disgusting mosquito that keeps hopping around here, and it's freakin' me out a little bit!

3:20 a.m.
Why is our radio station making us play Oasis?  Like, really?  Is this still the 1990s?
^^ Prrrrobably one of the funniest videos ever, considering I think Noel and Liam Gallagher are pretentious assholes, but I probably shouldn't be advertising that because I "work" for a radio station and should be positive on the air about all music that we play!!!!  Regardless, I laughed for a significant amount of time.

3:35 a.m.
Fuck you, Kyle, my sunglasses are sweet and you know it.

3:39 a.m.
Hey, cool, I just found out that Jennifer Connelly (Reqiuem for a Dream, etc.) and I have the same birthday from that On This Date... book!  That's way cooler than just Frank Sinatra.  Sup famous ppl.

3:52 a.m.
Fatigue is hitting like a brick wall.  Not fun.
I'm so excited for my 10 a.m. Music Theory class tomorrow!!!  And I'm sure Kyle is even MORE excited for his 9 a.m. class!!!!!

3:55 a.m.
Kyle, you tease, why would you EVER pretend to play "Sugar, We're Goin' Down"?  WHY.  Why.
Why.
Have a good night everybody.  Don't do anything stupid.

- Leanne
